create no appropriate device

i can't play metin2.gr because when i click start game a window appears and says create no appropriate device. i downloaded the game many times but always the same thing!!! can someone help me pleaseeeeee?????????? thank you

If you have downloaded the game through a bit torrent it can be it has a virus on it or another malfunction and that's why it doesn't want to start up. I heard many viruses are being spread - especially if downloaded from p2p sites.

Hmmm... this is something to with your computer settings for sure. If others are able to play this game after downloading there is no reason why you shouldn't - except... if your computer has settings on them (like firewalls etc.) that prevent it.

Well, yes. However, be very careful and scan the program first or soon after you have downloaded it for viruses and adware.

Hello there.

I got this "create no appropriate device" error when I try to play Metin2 in my mini PC.

I already re-installed the game from several sources still it refuses to run, showing that error.

Can anyone help? I don't know what else to do, and I can't play.

yeh triXx has a good piece of info there. make sure your torrent has a trusted icon next to it. unless you love taking risks. just make sure you got a Operating system reinstall disk

or if its less damaging virus a simple system restore should do ok... especially if the virus lives in the windows directory
