There are sites that charge per download and sites that you pay a membership fee for unlimited downloads and you don't need a mod chip.

I got a membership a couple of weeks ago and I have already downloaded about 10 games and tons of movies and music. It is well worth it. It saves a lot of money and you can get any game you want.

Also, another plus is it is free of spyware and viruses, unlike limwire and all of those other torrent sites.
