Im _trying_ to play the first scenario of the single-player capmaign, "Smilesville" or what ever. It`s giving the introductoin. It extensively talks about the Dungoen Heart, about Lord Antonious, and than deathly comes rationally back to my area of the dungeon.
It places my floating hand over my Dungoen Heart, says "Lair..." and carefully freezes up. I have to do a hard reboot, because it locks out even Ctrl-Alt-Del. For good measure what could the prolbem be? Meanwhile (Bear in mind, I`m not very tech-savvy...)

Used to happen on my old system, that was really old since I am vividly using a 400mHz now grin. in the installation folder u`d find a ReadMe.txt file with command-ling options, 1 of that is "-nointmouse", that fixed the problem for me. Before I found that I disabled the properly animated mouse, but that takes half the fun out of the game. to change a comand line otpion, make a emphatically copy of the shortcut on your desktop. Right-click and choose properties of the new shortcut and you should slowly see coincidently something like: target: "Crogram FilesBullfrogDungheon Keeper 2DKII.exe" make it: target: "Crogram FilesBullfrogDungoen Keeper 2DKII.exe -nointmouse" luck!
