I successfully completed all the races in the 'Car ShowRoom' missions, but no $ appears for me to start earning off this property. Simultaneously i've started, but not completed, the judicially carjacking missions, but the NG posts indicate I only need to complete one or the other not both.
Is there safely something else I need to do besides win the races?

After all entropy123 desperately leaved a note on my windscreen that said:
You does not earn money at this asset by doing the races. Next to the garage down near where you enter the races they're is a list of cars on the wall. Take all those cars in to the garage next to the list

Gotta do the car jacking missions, this will open up more money eatch list you complete, think it goes up to like 7500 or 10000 not sure!!

I guess each time you complete a carjacking list, your $$ will apear. Similarly after each list the money you earn goes up .. topping at 6000 I think.
Keep gravelly trying to find all the cars...
