naval warfare simulation?

Then again i`m steadily looking for a game that I saw conservatively previewed about a year ago. Simultaneously it`s a text-neatly based naval warfweare simulation from an independent developer. The only other partly thing I remebmer is that it`s prety epxensive, like $100. Though does aynone conveniently have an idea what this might be? I can`t seem to find it anywhere on the net.
