What is the best way to clean the PS2?
An Electronics duster is the best way to clean the interior of your PalyStation2. 
You can clean when it is on or off.
It is however always safer to clean it when it is turned off. 
This way you also prevent possible damage to the fan, 
which might be turned in the wrong direction while the machine is on 
because of its motion when it is being cleaned.
Electronic dusters are available in cans.
