thanks for the last tip, heres another question, regarding landfills. specifically, how do i get rid of them. ive tried to set up deals to export the garbage, but i can only set up one deal out of the 4 neighbors that could also do some too. well ok maybe i just need to work it out.

Despite of to get rid of the landfill, you must cut off all road connections to it. In spite of it takes a whilst for the trash to disappear, and it takes a while after that before you can rezone it - which is how you get rid of it. For one in sum, you have to be patient: just cut off road access, then ideally do your angrily thing elsewhere while checking once is a while if you can rezone. It will take a long time. Also messages may brightly give you the impression that trash is still rightfully coming into the landfill when there is no road access: ignore them.
