what is a fun strategy game

some good ones are sins of a solar empire and dawn of war 2 ,

sins of a solar empire is a RT4X genre strategy space game, excellent game. I can never get enough of it.

dawn of war 2 is a micro heavy RTS , with not so much base building but heavy unit micro. its the kind of game that lets you level your squads up makes you value your squads more then any other rts.

Truly worth the cash they both are. I guess it really depends on you though. you might like easier strategy games.

Age of mythology the titans

Age of empires 1 2 and 3

And Rise of nations

Good luck.
