Who is your favorite game Character? Are they your favorite because you loved playing the game they were in, or because something about there qualities?

I like the hero from Shadow of the Collossus. He has a goal. He's no superhero, just a guy who don't accept the idea of an impossible quest.
I think we tend to choose the character we would like our selves to be.
